WHEN PAYING ANY OPEN BALANCES ON THE DAY OF INSTALL, CASH OR CREDIT CARD ARE THE REQUIRED FORMS OF PAYMENT METHODS. NO CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF INSTALL.
BY CUSTOMER(YOU) PAYING THIS PAYPAL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD, IT IS ALSO NOTATED AS THE ACCEPTED FORM OF AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AGREEING TO THE PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYPAL.
I have the authority to order the work, which has been satisfactory performed, as outlined above. Payment is due upon presentation of this invoice. It is agreed that the seller will retain title to any equipment and/ or materials that may be furnished until final payment is made. If payment is not made within 30 days, the seller
shall have the right to remove same and the seller will be held harmless for any damages resulting from the removal thereof. All related collection costs associated with non-payment plus a finance charge of 1 ½ % per month (or maximum allowed by law) will be added to any account past due.
Special Order Items - Must be paid for in full for the order to be processed. Special Order Items are quoted 7-10 business days for the arrival time. If the SOI should arrive sooner, TKMS office will contact your to schedule the Return Repair Appointment.
Policy - when service is provided to a customer without an open, active warranty/insurance company claim, any outstanding debts/payments are required to be paid prior to installation of any parts or system units.
